Returns, Cancelations, Refunds
We accept returns and exchanges. We do not accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of receipt, no exceptions. Once we receive the exchange item in the mail (we will allow 10 days for mail transit, please let us know where in the world you're shipping from so that we can make exceptions if it will take longer to ship), we will immediately contact you and issue you a store credit by way of a coupon code for the amount of the initial purchase.
We do not accept returns on used goods. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
If you choose a shipping method that does not include insurance and your item is lost in the postal system, we will not refund the purchase price.
Buyer is responsible for shipping, taxes and duties. International orders may incur additional fees/taxes depending on your customs office. These fees are your responsibility to pay. Should you reject your package because you do not wish to pay these fees, you will not be refunded. If the package is returned to us and you change your mind and wish to have us send the package again, you will need to pay the additional shipping fee to do so.
We do ship worldwide but please be aware that shipping transit times vary greatly depending on the destination and local customs laws. Any customs fees charged are the responsibility of the buyer, we have no control over what destination countries charge and it varies greatly as well. We are not responsible for product loss due to customs issues.

Even though he still has yet to make a sale, we keep him as part of the team. A proud product tester, Shawn is always quick with a joke and a hug, or advice on shop operations. He never bats an eye when I spend money on new tools. ;)
Workshop Boss - Alta
If your order was late to arrive, it’s Alta’s fault. He’s an Australian Shepherd and as bossy as he is handsome. When I’m working he frequently encourages (demands?) breaks in the form of hikes, games of fetch, and snacks. He loves a good yakchew, and he’s wonderful company while working away in the shop.
